The Grand Western Lodge is an Australian heritage-listed former hotel and boarding house. It is located at 27 Victoria Street, Millthorpe, New South Wales, in the Central West region of the state. The hotel was built by John Wells. It is also known as Grand Western Lodge Hotel. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.
